All individuals must scan in prior to proceeding through the metal detectors. Please arrive early as lines may form at the entrance. To ensure a faster and smoother process, remove all metal items including laptops, keys, and water bottles before reaching the security checkpoint.
CLEAR BAG
To maintain a safe and secure environment, a clear bag policy will be strictly enforced. Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12″ x 6″ x 12″ will be permitted inside the venue. One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc or similar) are also acceptable. Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ may be brought into the venue in addition to one approved clear bag. Backpacks, tinted bags, printed pattern bags, and bags with multiple compartments will not be allowed, regardless of contents. All bags are subject to inspection.
CREDENTIALS
All attendees must present valid credentials to enter the venue. Athletes must wear their credentials and be in uniform for entry. Spectators, coaches, and staff must display credentials visibly on their right wrist at all times. This policy also applies to shuttle access. No exceptions will be made for individuals without valid credentials.
SHUTTLES
Game Day Sports is offering deluxe motorcoach service between five downtown hotels and McCormick Place. Shuttles will depart every 30 minutes to and from the hotel stops and the convention center. Rostered, uniformed athletes and coaches ride the shuttle for free – do not buy shuttle passes for athletes. Shuttle passes are valid for all four days of the event.
Shuttle service will run between six downtown locations and McCormick Place. Shuttles will run continuously beginning at 6:30 A.M. each day and stop every 30 minutes at each of five (5) designated stops.
