Stay-to-Play Policy
The Tournament of Champions is a strict stay-to-play event.
All teams traveling from outside the Las Vegas area are required to book hotel accommodations exclusively through our official housing partner, with details to be announced in January 2026.
All rostered coaches and athletes are required to book hotels through our official housing partner. Rostered individuals must follow the stay-to-play policy to remain eligible for participation.
No Exceptions: Teams that book outside of the official hotel block will not be scheduled to compete in the tournament.
No Refunds: Teams removed from the tournament due to non-compliance with the stay-to-play policy will not receive a refund.
Enhanced Monitoring: We are using new tracking mechanisms to strictly enforce this policy.
By registering for the Tournament of Champions, all teams agree to adhere to the stay-to-play policy. This policy is essential to ensure a high-quality event experience for all participants.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
