Stay-to-Play Policy
The Tournament of Champions is a strict Stay-to-Play event.

All teams traveling from outside the Phoenix-Metro area are required to book hotel accommodations exclusively through our official housing partner, Traveling Teams.

Do not contact hotels directly.
Do not book hotels prior to registering your teams.

Buyout Option
A Stay-to-Play buyout is available only at the time of registration. Once registration is complete, the buyout option is no longer available.

Enforcement Policy

• No Exceptions: Teams that book outside of the official hotel block will not be scheduled to compete.

• No Refunds: Teams removed from the event due to non-compliance with the Stay-to-Play policy will not receive a refund.

• Active Monitoring: Tournament housing compliance will be actively verified through Traveling Teams.

By registering for the Tournament of Champions, all teams agree to adhere to this policy. This requirement ensures a consistent and high-quality experience for all participants.

Note to Parents and Families
Team directors and coaches are responsible for securing their team’s hotel room blocks through Traveling Teams. Please contact your team director or coach to obtain your team’s hotel booking link.
